Human Resource Manager (Expiration 18/10/2019)


The Human Resource Assistant will report to the Human Resource Manager and will provide support in the provision of Human Resources programs and services which include Employment, Training and Development, Industrial relations functions and ensuring all pertinent ICAP in Zambia HR information is timely collected, processed, updated and filed accordingly. He/She will assist the Human Resource Manager in the day to day running of ICAP Human Resource functions.

Grant funded position


  • Grade 12 certificate with credits in any five subjects including English and Mathematics
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience.
  • Knowledge in Labour laws and HR principles will be an added advantage.
  • Registered membership with ZIHRM
  • Ability to contain confidential information and work with highest level of integrity.
  • Excellent computer skills, at minimum with Microsoft Office Package.
