Shop Manager (Responsable Boutique) (Expiration 22/12/2018)

Job Profile :

  • The Shop Manager is responsible for managing the store operations to deliver the highest standards of customer service and maximize sales and profitability in line with company goals. He / she is also responsible for the inventory, maintenance and external appearance of the shop.

Key Performance Areas :

  • Solve operational problems of the store including customer complaints, to ensure operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the recruitment of the shop personnel selection.
  • Ensure a close follow up of employee attendance.
  • Manage the annual budget allocated by expenditure tracking to set limits, optimize and reduce costs where possible, and report variances against the budget.
  • Monitor the revenue per hour of the shop and prepare staff schedules accordingly to ensure that the workforce is effectively fitted the operational needs in a cost-effective manner.
  • Prepare management information reports related to the store performance to enable the appropriate decision-making.
  • Ensure effective communication of plans and sales objectives to the shop team,
  • Ensure effective team performance management in order to have the highest levels of performance and achievement.
  • Manage store events and marketing activities to ensure good coordination with suppliers, media and other stakeholders
  • Perform other related shop activities such as supervising the merchandising shop, verifying cleanliness, displaying and maintaining the shop window, placing orders and other.

Experience :

  • 05 years’ experience in retail and team management.
  • University degree.

 Skills :

  • Fluent French, Arabic and English
  • Computer: proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
