Finance Administrator (Expiration 30/01/2019)

Job Overview :

  • Need Polyvalent Financial profile with skills in banks treatments and basic Tax knowledge  

 

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Punctual Responds to stakeholder’s requests, mainly from Treasury and finance department.
  • Manage foreign payments and ensure periodically reporting and compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements.
  • Monitor and follow up status of invoices due to pay

 

People Management :

  • Monitor & Manage day-to-day activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance.
  • Supervise, train and motivate finance and accounting teams to achieve goals to reach wanted position.
  • Ensure staff has the accurate information, market data, tools and equipment to successfully carry out job duties.
  • Provide direction to team member on how decision-making impacts daily work.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with key department heads.

 

Experience :

  • Worked 5 years at least in Finance & Tax, mainly in oversea payments.
  • Ability to Implement and maintain acceptable accounting practices as required by company policy and procedures.
  • Had Developed and implemented financial control procedures and systems;
  • Had managed records for internal and external audits; ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements.
  • SAP and Excel good mastering (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English & French are mandatory (Word mastering)
  • Ability to multitask Frame work

 

Education :

  • Bachelor degree / higher education qualification in Finance / equivalent in Accounting, with at least one year in supervisory roles, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting management duties; performing asset management duties; Professional finance designation or certification preferred. Focus on Foreign payments and Taxes.
  • Fluent English spoken and written mandatory (part of mandatory Experience above)
