  • Supporting our clients in developing countries to improve outcomes through developing organisations, leaders and managers
  • Contribute to the success of CA by delivering profitable business results and building CA’s reputation as ‘go to’ provider for international development training and development


  • To ensure the efficient processing of delegate bookings on to CA courses and to carry out all associated administration duties.
  • To assist the West Africa training representative in leading and growing Training and Professional Development (TPD) business through excellent customer service and relationship management with TPD clients across West Africa.


  • Carry out constant qualification of post-enrolment pipeline on open courses, to facilitate the delegate’s safe and expedient journey to the international course location. Including providing updates on their visa and accommodation statuses.
  • Timely processing of course bookings through the CRM system and issuing of joining instructions and other necessary documents for delegates.
  • Assisting in ensuring that delegate course fees are paid before the start of the course in line with invoicing and debt timelines.
  • Provide local support for any Ghana / West Africa customised training projects.
  • Day to day and adhoc liaison with clients.
  • Follow up on direct mail and other marketing activities sent to clients.
  • Undertake other sales admin tasks as required.
  • Any other duties as appropriate to the position, as requested.

Key skills / experience required

  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • Experience in completing administrative tasks to a high standard
  • Communicating to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity
  • Operational experience in an events-based or international development business is desirable
