Position Summary

Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results

A day in the life of...

•    Responsible for the delivery of the annual business objectives for his/her brand(s)/ product portfolio
•    Responsible for the management and delivery of the brand/ Product range P&L
•    Target the right consumers or shoppers by using attractiveness and ability to win. Understands the consumer insights & the consumer's perceived values of our brands / Product ranges
•    Develop and/or rollout Brand Essence and Vision (based on the the developments done by SBU / GMB / European Marketing)
•    Deliver (where possible) and/or rolls out 60/40+ winning product experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV & NHW –
•    Develop brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, prepare a winning brand portfolio I&R
•    Develop and/or successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
•    Manage the implementation and/or development of strong functionally aligned brand plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME investment of her/his brands. (ICP & MBS)
•    Contribute to the development of OBPs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader where possible.
•    Responsible for the planning and execution of Media-Campaigns and BTL Consumer activations, to build brands and generate strong results
•    Uphold and embed Nestlé culture and share policies and best practices and ensure full compliance to company rules.

What will make you successful

•    FMCG experience is a must
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent 
•    Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in marketing 
•    Experience working in cross functional teams is a must
•    You will, ultimately, be responsible for managing some of the world’s biggest brands. This will demand an ability to work under pressure, be curios, passionate and drive change within the business
