Develop and update consumer portrait, understand in store environment, contribute to category strategy, define desired relative price, provide recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, propose SKUs for key channels and key customers.
Ensure consumer centricity, apply Innovation levers, contribute and execute Innovation pipeline, maintain vibrancy via relevant renovation for your brands.
Contribute to development and execute strong, functionally aligned brand and Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) plan. Track and monitor the performance, health and strategic alignment.
Understand business impact of Product Fixed Marketing Expenses (PFME) and Total Trade Spend (TTS) investment of your brand.
Contribute to the development Ideas, engagement strategies and create attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Work in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contribute to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
What will make you successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
You will need 3-5 years’ experience in sales or communication or marketing.
Experience working in cross functional teams is a must.
You will, ultimately, be responsible for managing some of the world’s biggest brands. This will demand an ability to work under pressure, be curios, passionate and drive change within the business.
